Ian Walker RPEQ: CEO

Ian founded Property Technologies in 1985 and continues today as the Chief Executive Officer. Ian plays an active part in our major projects, where his vast experience is always invaluable. With tertiary qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulic fields, Ian has been involved in the building services engineering field for over 30 years, working with a number of major private and public companies Australia wide, including Telstra, Department of Housing and Construction and Norman, Disney and Young. Ian is also a NABERS qualified Greenstar assessor.

Bruce Cousner: Practice Manager

Bruce has been with Property Technologies for over 20 years and currently manages our design, documentation and administration teams on a day to day basis. He has a solid knowledge base in Chemical, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering as well as previous experience in building services and management. All designs produced by our team are carefully monitored by Bruce as part of our Quality Assurance program. Bruce is also a NABERS  qualified Greenstar assessor.
