As well as building services engineering, Property Technologies also coordinates the ongoing maintenance of over 25 commercial and 150 private buildings around Queensland. We write site specific maintenance documents for the property, call tenders from suitably qualified contractors and coordinate and administer the day to day maintenance and breakdown issues. Annual inspections of all buildings are carried out, and we closely scrutinise all work carried out by the contractors to ensure that it is of the highest quality.

In addition, we have certified workplace health and safety officers on staff, who carry out periodic inspections of each building, and are available to provide advice regarding safety issues and ensure the properties meet the statutory regulations.
